These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bluepawconsulting.com (the "Site"), operated by Blue Paw Consulting, LLC ("Blue Paw," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may browse the Site and use the contact and booking forms for legitimate business inquiries. You agree not to:

A client relationship, and the terms that govern it, begins only once a separate service agreement specific to that product or service is signed.
5. Submissions and feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Site or Blue Paw's offerings, you grant Blue Paw a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback for any business purpose, without any obligation to compensate you.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Blue Paw Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or internal business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission. "Blue Paw Consulting" and associated logos are trademarks of Blue Paw Consulting, LLC.
7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including: a description of the copyrighted work, the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. We'll respond consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
8. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to a site does not imply our endorsement of it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blue Paw, its owners, employees, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute resolution and arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and Blue Paw each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
14. Force majeure
Blue Paw is not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or utility outages, labor disputes, or failures of third-party service providers we rely on to operate the Site.
15. Termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to the Site or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; we'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Electronic communications
By using the Site and providing your contact information, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails related to your inquiry. These communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

22. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Paw regarding use of the Site, and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Site.
23. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
